Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday from our warehouse. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. Orders are processed and shipped in 1-10 business days. If items in your order are out of stock or delayed for shipping, we will notify you by e-mail.

Order Status

To check on the status of your order, email Mathcatsports@outlook.com. Please include your order number; it will be given to you upon completion of successful payment. A courier number will be given to you via email once your order ships.

Lost Packages

Under all circumstances, the carrier is responsible for all mail pieces that undergo delivery services.

If your package has not been delivered, please contact us and we will do our best to help you find your missing package.
